Moonstone in Dubai
In November 2026, a new designer complex, Moonstone, will be built on the artificial archipelago of Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. The prices from the developer for elite residences at the foundation stage are highly attractive. Today, you can buy an apartment in Moonstone in Dubai, UAE, at a minimum price of AED 1.3 million (USD 354,000).
Three major companies are developing the project: Fortune 5, Durar Group and Octa Develop. The architecture is being designed by specialists from QHC Architects & Engineers, while the interiors of the residences and public spaces are being crafted by designers from the renowned Italian fashion house, Missoni.
The building will comprise a ground level with a lobby, 16 residential floors and a car park. The complex will have 12 passenger and six service lifts, as well as three retail pavilions. The project includes the following real estate options:

- 29 three-bedroom apartments

Owners of chalets and one- to two-bedroom apartments will receive one parking space. Residents of villas and penthouses will be provided with three parking spaces. Additionally, there’s a separate parking area for guests on the premises.
Moonstone on Al Marjan Island
The new project is being built on one of the islands of the Al Marjan Island archipelago in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The emirate is situated between the Hajar Mountains and the Persian Gulf.
From the complex, you can quickly access Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), connecting several neighbouring emirates. The road to the international airport and central areas of Dubai takes about an hour.
Within five minutes, you can reach the upscale hotel complexes DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa and Rixos Bab Al Bahr.
Within 10 minutes, you’ll find the resort community of Al Hamra Village with a golf club, Al Hamra Mall and a yacht marina. Ras Al Khaimah International Airport is about half an hour’s drive away. The same amount of time will take you to the centre of Ras Al Khaimah, where several shopping centres, the Al Hamra Golf Club, medical facilities, schools and more are available.
